These Policies govern the use of cookies and similar online identifiers (hereinafter "cookies") and local storage on the website. What are cookies and local storage
We use two types of client-side storage to ensure functionality and improve your experience:

Transfer safeguards: The controller has ensured appropriate safeguards for data transfers using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or other suitable mechanisms. We inform about transfers to third countries and safeguards used in accordance with Section 19(1)(f) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.

Granting, managing and withdrawing consent
Granting consent: Consent to cookie processing is granted through a cookie banner and an optional settings panel, where individual categories are clearly distinguished and described in an understandable form (Section 14(2) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).
Withdrawing consent: The controller ensures the ability to withdraw consent in the same way it was granted (e.g., through a button in cookie settings or by changing browser settings). Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal (Section 14(3)).
Demonstrating consent: The controller retains records of consent (e.g., cookie_consent_timestamp) in accordance with Section 14(1).
Data subject rights
The data subject has the following rights (Section 19(2) of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.):

The controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures (e.g., pseudonymization, encryption, access restriction) to secure personal data in accordance with legal requirements (Sections 5 and 13 of Act No. 18/2018 Coll.).
Changes to the policy
The controller reserves the right to update these Policies. Significant changes will be communicated to data subjects in an appropriate manner.
