Pricing and payment
What are the cancellation terms?
No commitment. Cancel with one click in admin anytime, you only pay until the end of current month.
How do you bill and can I cancel anytime?
Monthly billing without commitment. Cancel with one click in admin and you can reactivate service anytime. Annual payment has 15% discount.
What happens after trial ends?
After 14 days you choose a package and enter payment details. You can continue or cancel account without any fee.
Do I save with annual payment?
Yes, annual payment gets 15% discount. Annual Start package is 102€ (8.5€/month), Pro 357€ (29.75€/month).
Setup and getting started
How fast can I launch Prebi in my business?
Basic setup (profile, opening hours, services) takes about 10 minutes. Channels (phone, WhatsApp, SMS, email) you enable gradually; right after connecting calendar you can receive bookings.
Can I import existing clients and bookings?
Yes. We import CSV (clients), by connecting with calendar we can pull existing appointments. We'll help with migration as part of onboarding package.
Phone number - can I use my existing one?
Yes. Either set up forwarding, or we transfer number to our recommended provider. During transfer number works without outage.
Features and usage
How does AI handle calls? What if customer needs a human?
AI responds, requests necessary information, suggests time and confirms booking. If request exceeds competence, it transfers call to human or creates ticket in CRM. You get transcript and summary.
Supported industries and languages?
Prebi is universal for ANY businesses - not limited to specific industries. E-shops, stores, services, consulting, gastro, wellness, healthcare, auto services - any business where customers call with questions. AI learns about YOUR business regardless of industry type. Languages: SK, CZ, EN (others on request).
Integrations - what do you support?
Calendars (Google), automations (Zapier), email/SMS/WhatsApp channels, CSV exports. In Ultra plan we can build custom integrations (CRM, ERP, phone systems, webhooks).
What reports do I get?
Occupancy, no-shows, revenue by services, channel performance and repeat bookings. You can export CSV or connect via Zapier to BI tools.
Security and GDPR
Data protection and GDPR?
We process minimum necessary data. Data is encrypted, we log access and offer Data Processing Agreement (DPA). We prefer EU hosting. More in Privacy Policy section.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored in data centers in European Union in compliance with GDPR. We use encryption in transit and at rest.
Can I export or delete data?
Yes, you can export all your data in CSV or JSON format anytime. When canceling account you can permanently delete all data.
Support and branding
What support do I get?
Email/chat support for all plans. In Pro plan there's priority support, in Ultra plan SLA and dedicated onboarding/migration.
Branding and booking page?
You can add logo, colors and custom subdomain. In Ultra plan we set up custom domain and extended brand elements.
